Eskender Abebe uses his 30 years of experience to provide project oversight, from the kick-off meeting to the start of the construction. As BenchMark’s President and Majority Owner, Eskender can commit additional technical resources to meet the schedule or address specific technical challenges. Eskender has been fortunate to lead multiple On-Call teams for the City of Atlanta DWM, Fulton County DPW, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management, and Clayton County Water Authority.
