La’Shonda Mullins brings 24 years of civil engineering experience in the engineering and construction of water and wastewater projects. Ms. Mullins specialized in the planning, design, permitting, and construction of water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection and conveyance systems, and pumping stations in various locations throughout the southeast. Ms. Mullins’ design and construction management skills in municipal drinking water distribution systems and wastewater collection and treatment will allow her to respond effectively to challenging situations.
