Joe Crooms brings more than 23 years of civil site, water, and wastewater design and management experience providing solutions to clients in the municipal and private sectors. His diverse experience includes residential site development, sewer system collection, conveyance, and evaluation, water transmission and distribution system improvements, asset evaluation of treatment plant components and upgrades, and green infrastructure. Mr. Crooms is responsible for the design and team management of projects. As a registered professional engineer who has functioned in the office as well as out in the field, he brings an understanding of the construction process from design concept to final commissioning of the project.
